WHAT: Conifer Realty, LLC will celebrate the graduation of the first cohort from its Maintenance Academy, an innovative training program designed to recruit and prepare maintenance technicians to provide exceptional service to residents in Conifer’s affordable housing communities.
The event will recognize the achievements of the program’s inaugural graduates, who have completed a 45-day intensive training in technical skills such as drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and preventative maintenance, along with customer service and conflict resolution.
The Maintenance Academy reflects Conifer’s ongoing investment in its employees and communities. The program addresses the pressing need for skilled maintenance professionals in affordable housing, ensuring faster and more effective responses to resident needs.
