Conifer Realty Celebrates Ribbon-Cutting for Valor Pointe – A New Affordable Housing Community for Veterans in Monroe, NJ

Monroe Township, NJ, July 31, 2025 – Conifer Realty, a leader in developing and managing high-quality, affordable housing communities, is proud to announce the official opening of Valor Pointe, a new 80-unit community in Monroe Township. Valor Pointe is the result of a collaboration between Conifer Realty and the People for People Foundation, providing affordable housing solutions specifically for veterans.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony marks the successful opening of this veteran-friendly apartment community, where more than 50 percent of the units have been leased to military veterans and their families.

Residents can enjoy a variety of on-site amenities such as a fully equipped fitness center, a great room for social gatherings, smart-card laundry facilities, and professional on-site management. The total development cost for Valor Pointe is $40.7 million, funded through a combination of New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency (NJ HMFA), Monroe Township, Redstone, and other funding sources. Conifer Realty, in partnership with these organizations, has worked diligently to create a sustainable, veteran-focused community in the heart of Monroe Township.
