With more than two decades of experience managing multi-state portfolios across affordable, workforce and market-rate housing, Charee joins Conifer’s executive leadership team to further elevate the company’s property management strategies and operational performance.
She has a proven track record of successfully leading multimillion-dollar property management projects. Her expertise spans the entire property lifecycle, from acquisition due diligence to the integration of cutting-edge technology solutions like AI and process automation tools. Throughout her career, she has leveraged her in-depth field knowledge to streamline operations, optimize performance, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders and government officials to ensure compliance and operational success.
In her most recent role as Senior Vice President at SPM, LLC, she managed a diverse portfolio of 190+ properties across 17 states, including affordable and market-rate housing. Her leadership was instrumental in driving a 20% improvement in operations and generating over $2.0 million in additional annual income through strategic business development initiatives. Additionally, she oversaw capital projects with budgets exceeding $12.0 million and led the implementation of business processes that enhanced efficiency, both of which make her uniquely qualified to support Conifer’s ongoing operational goals.
